If the consumer is not satisfied with the items received, please return the items to receive the refund.
Here are the steps to initiate the return process:
1. Sign into your Temu account.
2. Find the relevant order under 'Your orders' and click 'Return/Refund'.
3. Confirm that you have received the package, and select the item(s) you would like to return and the reason for the return.
4. Confirm the return information, and click 'Next'.
5. Choose the return and refund methods.
Please send out the package within 14 days after applying for the return. Once the warehouse receives the returned package and completes the quality inspection, the items will be processed for a refund.
