I can see on the Ryanair's website that I have allegedly bought a flight I have never actually booked, for the 11th of October, from Bruxelles to Pisa (which I'll call flight B). Ryanair's support told me it was booked by eDreams in my name, using my money. I booked a flight for Bruxelles from Pisa through eDreams (which I'll call flight A), which eDreams told me cost around 90 euros. On Ryanair's website, I can see that the flight I wanted, from Pisa to Bruxelles (flight A) + the flight from Bruxelles to Pisa (flight B) amounted to about 90 euros, whereas the flight from Pisa to Bruxelles, including luggage, cost around 65 euros. I've tried talking with eDreams' support but they never answered. I'm asking for a refund of 21.04 euros, for the flight from Bruxelles to Pisa (flight B), which I never booked nor wanted to book. My guess is that the operator who changed my flight from the 8th to the 16th, an action I requested, booked an additional flight which I never requested (the call is recorded). I have screenshots. Rest assured that if I don't have my refund I will contact lawyers.
