In data 13 maggio ho prenotato sulla piattaforma Edreams il volo della compagnia Ryan air con numero di riferimento 7150982327 pagando 194 euro con carta di credito. La prenotazione è andata a buon fine. Ma dopo due ore mi arriva una mail della compagnia Ryan Air che mi avvisa che mi è stato venduto un volo non autorizzato, in quanto i biglietti Ryan Air possono essere acquistati solo sul sito della compagnia e nessuna piattaforma è autorizzata alla vendita. Pertanto la compagnia area non può riconoscere la mia prenotazione, consigliandomi di richiedere il rimborso a Edreams. (incollo sotto il contenuto della mail di Ryan Air). Contatto l'assistenza Prime di Edream al telefono e mi dicono che per loro il volo è regolare e che pertanto non possono rimborsare il biglietto. Il volo è anche assicurato, potrei cancellarlo ma perderei 60 euro della assicurazione.
