You contacted us regarding the flight LH9460, operated by AirDolomiti EN8206. Since you are addressing a possible compensation in relation to Art. 7 of Regulation (EC) No. 261/2004, we would like to provide you with the following important information:
Art. 7 of Regulation (EC) No. 261/2004 is addressed to the operating airline, and only the operating airline has access to all flight performance data. Therefore, it is unfortunately not possible for us to understand the background of the AirDolomiti flight EN8206. Therefore, we kindly ask you to contact AirDolomiti directly.
