Stamattina alle ore 10,30 ho tentato di fare check in per volo di domani su Francoforte delle 11.15 me è’stato cancellato,mi proponete alternative ma il sito da errore altrimenti rimborso biglietto. Per non perdere la vacanza ho prenotato un altro volo verso Kos con Eurowings al costo di 284€,ritorno su sito di Lufthansa per chiedere rimborso ma esce che il mio volo è stato riprogrammato su Atene. Praticamente ho speso 284€ per un vostro disservizio,chiedo quindi indennizzo. Ps non sono stato avvisato ne via mail ne sms per la cancellazione.
