Volo dirottato su altro aeroporto

Buongiorno,sono titolare del numero di prenotazione OMQM4R del volo RYANAIR FR1086 del 20/07/2023 Catania/Bologna delle ore 22,30.In data 19/07/2023, ricevo un SMS che mi informa del dirottamento del volo all'aeroporto di Trapani, causa incendio all'aeroporto di Catania, senza indicare alcuna modalità per il trasferimento verso tale aeroporto. Nel SMS viene suggerito di effettuare a mie spese tale trasferimento per raggiungere Trapani e di provvedere poi a richiedere rimborso. Non trovando mezzi di trasporto pubblici, pulmann o treni in grado di arrivare per tempo, nè navette organizzate da Rayanair, dopo diverse telefonate informative per organizzare il viaggio, ho potuto soltanto utilizzare l'auto che avevo noleggiato e che avrei dovuto riconsegnare presso la sede di Catania, e pagare la cifra di euro 244€ al fine di poterla consegnare all'aeroporto di Trapani. Chiedo quindi supporto all'azienda affinchè mi venga erogato un rimborso adeguato alle spese extra sostenute considerato anche che ho dovuto effetturare 350 km e quindi partire la mattina per un volo serale: - cambio riconsegna sede noleggio 244€- carburante 58€ + 34.99€- panini 11.90€ per un totale di 348.99,naturalmente posso rifornire tutte le ricevute se fosse necessario.

Salve, sono passate piu di 2 settimane e non ho ancora ricevuto riscontro, aspetto vostra risposta grazie dell&#39attenzione.
