Buongiorno,sono titolare del numero di prenotazione BHN59J del volo RYANAIR FR4709 del 18/09/2023 Alghero/BGY con partenza prevista alle ore 17.40 e arrivo previsto alle ore 18.55.Con la presente è mia intenzione chiedere un risarcimento pecuniario + un rimborso per le spese sostenute dalla sottoscritta e da mio marito (altro passeggero della stessa prenotazione) a causa del disagio causato dalla compagnia Ryanair.Nello specifico è accaduto che il volo è decollato da Alghero in ritardo alle ore 18.20, trovandosi conseguentemente a richiedere un atterraggio all'aeroporto di BGY intorno alle ore 19.50 (in ritardo di circa un'ora rispetto all'orario previsto). Purtroppo nel frattempo, per soli 20 minuti circa tra le ore 19.50 e le ore 20.10, l'aeroporto BGY ha interrotto la possibilità di atterrare (così ci ha comunicato il capitano del nostro volo e così è stato confermato dal sito online dell'aeroporto di BGY). Pertanto, il nostro atterraggio è stato negato e il nostro volo è stato DIROTTATO sull'aeroporto di Malpensa MXP, con atterraggio a MXP alle ore 20.30 circa.Gli assistenti di volo a bordo non hanno saputo darci nessuna informazione circa la possibilità, una volta atterrati a MXP, di usufruire di una navetta per raggiungere l'aeroporto Orio al Serio BGY. Stessa cosa per gli assistenti di terra a MXP (NON PERVENUTI).Ryanair, dopo avermi inviato unicamente una mail generica per avvisare che il volo è stato dirottato (inviata da Ryanair appena atterrati a MXP alle ore 20.43, quindi a posteriori), non ha inviato alcuna ulteriore comunicazione né via mail né via SMS nè tramite app circa la soluzione di Ryanair per farci raggiungere BGY. Siamo stati completamente abbandonati a noi stessi.A questo punto, arrivate le ore 21.15 ci siamo decisi ad organizzare con un trasferimento autonomo per raggiungere Orio al Serio BGY.Ovviamente potrete immaginare il disagio, in quanto avremmo dovuto organizzare autonomamente e all'ultimo minuto un trasferimento di 95km a sera inoltrata, in giornata feriale.Non è stato possibile usufruire dell'unico mezzo pubblico che collega MXP a Orio (MXP Shuttle) in quanto abbiamo scoperto che l'ultima corsa era appena partita alle ore 21.05! Non erano nemmeno disponibili auto a noleggio.Nel frattempo stavamo provando a contattare Ryanair telefonicamente, abbiamo provato per 1 ora, ma nulla, ovviamente rispondevano che gli operatori erano impegnati, di riprovare più tardi. In nessun modo è stato possibile contattare Ryanair ed avere informazioni in merito, su come arrivare all’aeroporto di Orio al Serio, se comunque mettevano navette a disposizione con eventuali orari da rispettare. Oltre a noi, molti altri passeggeri del nostro stesso volo hanno avuto lo stesso problema e nessuno è riuscito a mettersi in contatto con Ryanair.Purtroppo causa inadeguata assistenza e superficialità da parte della compagnia di volo Ryanair per mancata informazione, abbiamo subito un enorme disservizio con tutte le conseguenze del caso.Dopo numerosi tentativi non andati a buon fine, ci siamo organizzati in autonomia per poter raggiungere la destinazione Orio al Serio BGY con NCC (unica soluzione disponibile), arrivando alle ore 22.45 a Orio al Serio, ovvero più di 3h30min di ritardo.Pertanto chiedo con questa e-mail di poter avere supporto affinché possa ricevere un rimborso adeguato al disagio subito, oltre tutte le spese extra sostenute da me e da mio marito:RIMBORSO Volo Ryanair Alghero-BGY (prenotazione # BHN59J - volo FR4709): 271,18 EuroRIMBORSO Transfer Auto NCC MXP-BGY: 198,00 EuroRIMBORSO Ore extra parcheggio nostra auto presso BGY (3,5 ore extra): 30,00 EuroCOMPENSAZIONE PECUNIARIA per RISARCIMENTO EU261 (nr. 2 passeggeri x € 250,00 cad.): 500,00 Euro TOTALE: 999,18 EuroRichiesta di rimborso TOTALE comprensivo di danni per disagio subito: 1.500,00 EuroIn allegato invio le ricevute delle spese di cui sopra nel caso possano essere utili nella risoluzione del problema.In attesa di un vostro gentile riscontro e certi della vostra attenzione, vi ringrazio anticipatamente e porgo cordiali saluti,Elisa Gherardi

Accordingly, our Operations Department have confirmed that surface transportation was organized for all customers to their departure destination.As the diversion and subsequent delay were for safety reasons and therefore beyond Ryanair's control we regret to advise that no compensation is due under EU 261/2004.EU261 requires airlines to provide the Article 14.2 notice at check-in and to distribute it during flight disruptions. In order to comply with EU261 Ryanair has provided the Article 14.2 notice when customers check in online. This gives ample opportunity prior to departure to review and have access to the notice of their rights at all times.All customers affected by this flight delay were sent an email and SMS giving customers access to the EU261 notice.We confirm that the passengers boarded the operative flight, therefore no refund of the flight tickets is due.Please, be advised that under EU261/2004, Ryanair is not liable to pay parking expenses. Buongiorno,pur apprezzando lo sforzo di rimborso di eur 198,00 che mi avete confermato, vi informo che non sono d'accordo con la vostra posizione.Ribadisco che non siamo assolutamente stati informati circa la possibilità di avere un trasporto via terra che ci potesse trasferire da MXP a BGY. Questo non risulta infatti da nessun SMS e tantomeno mail, non abbiamo ricevuto nessun tipo di comunicazione - ed è proprio per questo che ribadisco che non ci è stata garantita assistenza da parte di Ryanair.A riprova di questo, vi allego la mia richiesta di assistenza via chat con il vostro servizio clienti e - come potete vedere - non ho ottenuto nessun tipo di assistenza o riscontro.All'arrivo a MXP non erano presenti hostess di terra, nessuna indicazione ci è stata data.
