Art. 7 of Regulation (EC) No. 261/2004 is addressed to the operating airline, and only the operating airline has access to all flight performance data. Therefore, it is unfortunately not possible for us to understand the background of the flight EN8810. Therefore, we kindly ask you to contact Air Dolomiti directly.
