Worse service ever

This has been one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had. My order never arrived, and trying to get any kind of support was basically impossible. There is no real way to speak to a human, and responses (when they come at all) are slow, generic, and completely unhelpful. I’ve wasted time, money, and patience on a service that clearly does not care about its customers once they’ve paid. At this point, I’ve had to contact my bank to resolve the situation myself. I strongly advise anyone to think twice before ordering. If something goes wrong, don’t expect any real assistance. Extremely disappointing.
