In data 7/11/ 2025 ho usufruito di un servizio con il portale web cvpronto.com al costo di 0,90€. Il 3 e l' 11 dicembre 2025 sono stati eseguiti due addebiti NON autorizzati di 34,99 € ciascuno per un totale di 69,98 € . Sul sito internet in questione non è possibile fare reclamo o richiesta di rimborso. Ho quindi inviato una pec a: support@cvpronto.com Da una breve ricerca su internet e sul vostro sito, ho potuto verificare che molti altri utenti del sito CVPRONTO.com sono stati raggirati nello stesso identico modo, in quanto sul portale web non è chiaramente indicato il metodo di sottoscrizione degli abbonamenti e il relativo costo ma l' utente viene indotto a credere di star acquistando un solo servizio a prezzo molto contenuto.

Hello, i'll straight up cut to the chase. I used your CV making website once and paid the 2 euros quota to be able to download it, but since then i've been getting sums of money of around 28 euros taken from my bank account without my consent. Since the first payment (24 october) i have checked my account on your website which clearly stated that i had no subscription going on, and i even proceeded with the elimination of said account, which in the end lead to no changes. Since i'm not the only person who got "scammed" by such fraudolent behaviour, considered that i have NEVER been informed of these extra payments, i'm here to ask the end of such payments and the refund of the exact sums of money taken from my bank account, or i will proceed to take legal action. Here are the dates of the unwanted payments and the exact amount: 1. October 24th 2025, 27,95 € 2. November 14th 2025, 27,95 € 3. December 10th 2025, 27,95 €, which didn't go through yet, so i want a refund of that ONLY IF it goes through in the end I expect news followed with a refund and a confirmation of an end to this fraudulent subscription, good day. Buonasera, Da mesi cerco di annullare il mio abbonamento al sito di Cv Maker (CVmaker.it) ma non riesco. Ho provato più volte a compilare il modulo di contatto ma senza essere ricontatto poi dall'azienda. E continuo ad avere l'addebito sul mio conto, senza neanche ricevere una fattura.

Mi sono ritrovato un addebito di euro 21,99 per un abbonamento mai sottoscritto con cv maker. Dopo attente verifiche non risulta che io abbia neanche un account su questa piattaforma. Richiedo un rimborso urgentemente.

Mi hanno presso 21, 99 dalla carta di credito no vorrei subito il rimborso non ne possibile nessuno a dato l'autorizzazione
