Immediate refund request for unauthorized charge – €49.90

Dear ORANGE SUNSHINE LLC, I hereby formally dispute the charge of €49.90 processed on January 9, 2026 via PayPal (transaction ID 2WR16014AC8263), as it was unauthorized. Please note the following: I have never requested, subscribed to, or accepted any paid subscription or service with your company; I have never provided explicit consent for the activation of recurring services or automatic charges; the only transaction I knowingly authorized was a €0.10 payment for the download of a passport-style photo carried out on https://www.pictoart.net/ on January 8, 2026, an amount that was clearly displayed and accepted at the time of payment; the payment method used for that micro-transaction was subsequently used improperly to debit €49.90, without my authorization or acceptance of any contractual terms. In light of the above, I hereby request the immediate reversal of the €49.90 charge and the full refund to my account, no later than 5 days from receipt of this notice. Should I fail to receive a response or should the refund not be processed within the stated timeframe, I reserve the right to take all necessary actions to protect my rights, including but not limited to: reporting the matter to the competent authorities, filing complaints with consumer protection bodies, seeking compensation for any damages incurred.
