We made a purchase on the website ProduceShop, MBK Fincom SA, order number 723028886 with the value of €480.70. The order have arrived on the 22nd of March. We have contacted ProduceShop because the goods DO NOT fit the product specifications and description on the website. On their page, they specify that the dimensions of the product are 3 x 3 m, while in reality the product dimensions that were sent to us are 2.92 x 2.92 m. ?We have tried to contact ProduceShop by several means to initiate the process of return of the goods and refund. However, it is extremely difficult to have a proper service customer. It seems like they make hard to contact them on purpose, just like typical fraudulent webpages full of scams. Firstly, the phone contacts available on the website are disconnected. There is no e-mail available on the website to contact them about this matter. The webpage sends the customers around on circles and circles without providing the required form to initiate the return of the goods. Secondly, once we were able to report the situation to the service customer, they informed us that because we are a company, we do not have the right of the 14 days to return the goods of any on-line purchase, which is establishment by EU law. Thirdly, we continuously contacted ProduceShop because the goods sent to us do NOT correspond to the product specifications and description on the website. We have sent them pictures demonstrating that the goods do not fit the product specifications and description (dimensions on the webpage 3 x 3 m https://www.produceshop.pt/mobiliario-exterior/guarda-sol-de-jardim/bases-coberturas-guarda-sois/lona-de-substituicao-guarda-sol-jardim-3x3-quadrado-marte-sem-barra, real dimensions of the goods that we have received: 2.92 x 2.92 m, we sent photos and videos to prove it). They have told us that: “this replacement fabric is compatible with our Mars parasol model” and that “Compatibility is not guaranteed with parasols of the same size that are not sold in our store.”, additionally, on the product page, they present the information: product dimensions: 3 x 3 m. However, this is not true. The product sent to us have dimensions 2.92 x 2.92 m. They still refuse to initiate the return of the goods and process a refund. This is a fraud, scam, deception and completely illegal.
