After reviewing your booking, we would like to provide further clarification. Your reservation was set for a 10:00 AM collection time, and the company offers a 2-hours grace period for delays. Unfortunately, beyond this grace period, the vehicle cannot be collected.
Given that you arrived after the closing time and did not have an out-of-hours service pre-arranged, the company was unable to provide assistance. It is important to note that without prior confirmation of an out-of-hours service, the vehicle collection could not be facilitated.
Furthermore, we would like to emphasize that we are not affiliated with any airline or flight company. As such, to seek an alternative resolution, we recommend contacting your airline directly for any potential assistance regarding delays or missed services.
Regarding your booking, as you selected a non-refundable offer, and given that you arrived 10 hours later than your scheduled pickup time—9 hours after the allowable grace period—we regret to inform you that no refund can be issued for this booking.
