Mancato cambio biglietto

Buongiorno, ho prenotato su Gotogate per un'altra persona un volo A/R da Rio de Janeiro a Firenze.Ho acquistato un biglietto flessibile ma tramite il servizio clienti non sono riuscita ad anticipare il volo di ritorno (prenotato per il 31.10.2023) entro fine settembre. Mi è stato risposto che non ci sono voli disponibili fino al 27 di ottobre! Invece, sul sito di Gotogate ho verificato che i voli disponibili ci sono.Desidero anticipare la data del viaggio di ritorno entro fine settembre o ricevere il rimborso del biglietto.
