abbonamento a cui non dato nessunconsenso

buongiorno. a dicembre ho visitato il sito di My Heritage per curiosità, mi sono registrata perchè c'era scritto gratis, dopo una settimana mi arriva una email di una fattura dove mi avevano scalato ben 68 euro dalla carta di credito, e io non ho accettato nessunabbonamento o pagamento. Richiedo il rimborso perchè non ho intenzione di usare quelsito. Grazie in anticipo.
