Dear TURKISH AIRLINES,
On 12/31/2025, I took flight no. [TK0085-31/TK1875-01 from MNL/IST/MXP] with your airline.
Upon arrival at Malpensa airport, at the time of baggage claim, I noticed that my suitcase had obvious damage, in particular THE SUITCASE WAS DAMAGED AND UNREPAIRABLE.
I immediately reported the incident to the designated office at Malpensa Airport, showing the damages sustained and obtaining the attached report.
I hereby request compensation for all damages incurred, estimated at a total of EURO 40.00. I kindly ask you to reimburse this amount as soon as possible via a refund to the payment method used for the reservation.
If I do not receive a response within 15 days from receipt of this letter, I reserve the right to take legal action to protect my rights.

In data 31/12/2025 ho effettuato il volo aereo n° [TK0085-31/TK1875-01da [ MNL/IST/MXP ] con la Vostra compagnia.
Giunto all'aeroporto di MALPENSA, al momento della riconsegna del bagaglio, notavo che la mia valigia riportava dei danni evidenti, in particolare LA VALIGIA DANNEGGIATA E NON RIPARABILE
Ho immediatamente denunciato l’accaduto presso l'apposito ufficio all'aeroporto di MALPNSA, mostrando i danni riportati e facendomi rilasciare il rapporto qui allegato.
Con la presente richiedo pertanto il risarcimento di tutti i danni subiti, da stimarsi complessivamente in EURO 40,00 Vi invito a corrispondermi quanto prima tale somma tramite riaccredito sul mezzo di pagamento utilizzato per la prenotazione.
In mancanza di un riscontro entro 15 giorni dal ricevimento della presente, mi riservo di adire le vie legali a tutela dei miei diritti.
