Oro rosa sbiadito e pietre annerite

Buongiorno ho comprato l'anello Corona Incantata in Oro Rosa il 21/09/2019 nel negozio Pandora presso un centro commerciale della mia città.Dopo pochi mesi l'anello ha cominciato a sbiadirsi e le pietre ad annerirsi. Prima erano luminose e bianche, sono diventate scure e opache. Ho voluto fare reclamo perchè sono passata al negozio per chiedere spiegazioni, ed eventualmente un cambio (visto che erano passati pochi mesi ed è in garanzia), ma mi hanno detto che non è possibile e che purtroppo CAPITA. Ma cosa capita? L'oro non si sbiadisce anche se è una rodiatura. La bigiotteria Pandora è si bigiotteria ma di altissima gamma! 90 euro un anello non mi sembra bigiotteria che in 8 mesi può diventare nera. Nello stesso giorno avevo acquistato anche il bracciale piatto che ho perso dopo poco perchè si sganciava sempre. Che delusione davvero questi gioielli. Ma almeno l'assistenza in caso di problemi credo sia indispensabile, in negozio, valutando il caso specifico, non una risposta generica tipo CAPITA. All'oro non CAPITA di sbiadire, alle pietre anche se sono di vetro nemmeno, anche Swarovski fa gioielli di vetro che ho da anni e non hanno mai fatto nulla. Chiedo all'assitenza di valutare un cambio del mio gioiello. grazie.
