Overbooking Skyexprees

A Gennaio 2018 prenoto un volo per 6 persone A/R con Volagratis da Atene a Astypalea effettuato dalla compagnia aerea Sky Express Airline. Il check in online non è attivo per questa compagnia, chiamo il giorno prima del volo volagratis per avere la conferma che tutto sia a posto. non trovando la mia prenotazione sul sito della compagnia in sereno il PNR presente sulla conferma di Volagratis (è presente anche il numero del biglietto elettronico). Mi confermano che tutto è ok. Il giorno dopo all'aeroporto di Atene al check in non siamo nell'elenco. Overbooking . Veniamo rimborsati tramite volagratis ma dobbiamo affrontare il trasferimento di andata e ritorno dall'isola prenotata. Taxi, Aliscafo veloce, taxi ,pernotto a Naxos , taxi , Nave per arrivare ad Astypalea . Perdiamo un giorno in andata e uno al ritorno nell'albergo prenotato e due giorni di auto prenotata e già pagata. Ritorno in nave e trasferimento dal Pireo all'aeroporto in taxi.
