Dear RUGGERO CARLESSO,
Please note that we responded to your e-mail on 7th of July 2025.
The appropriate way to get your money back is always a) cancel your card, which has been compromised, b) report it to the police, and tell them that YouHodler is willing to cooperate with any information requests made through the appropriate channels
compliance@youhodler.com and c) report the theft of your card details to the bank and claim refund of the fraudulent payments.
In addition, as a reporting partner with Chainabuse, we strongly encourage you to submit a report on their platform using this link:
s:www.chainabuse.com/report?source=youhodler
Chainabuse is a public, community-driven platform that provides free educational resources on fraud and scams, equips victims with tools to prevent future incidents, and helps expedite law enforcement investigations by linking user-reported cases. Please note that while submitting a report does not guarantee fund recovery, it increases visibility into fraudulent activities and contributes to broader security efforts in the crypto space. In some cases, law enforcement has been able to take action against criminal groups through large-scale investigations and asset seizures. Your report strengthens these efforts and helps protect others from similar scams.
I reviewed the case and, unfortunately, we are unable to refund any funds deposited after you authenticated the payment. The payment was accepted on our platform and subsequently processed, as there were no indications of fraud at the time. Please note that the funds were withdrawn from our platform before you noticed the unauthorized transaction and reported it to us. For this reason, we had no opportunity to freeze the funds.
Best regards,
Compliance Department
Youhodler
Best Regards, Jirina
YouHodler Team
