Spett. YOUHODLER, Sono titolare del contratto di carta credito REVOLUT 4165985053302720 In datta 01/07/2025 ho ricevuto dei messaggi tramite l'app subito.it e un'email dall'acquirente (Carlita) . Per confermare la vendita di un articolo mi obbligava a avviare una procedura di pagamento tramite un link di € 349.00. La transazione è andata a favore dell'utente YouHodler Milano. ho contatto l'azienda tramite la loro chat online, spiegato l'episodio e richiesto la restituzione dato che non avevo ricevuto nessun bene o servizio, senza esito positivo. In mancanza di un riscontro entro 15 giorni dal ricevimento della presente, non esiterò ad adire le vie legali a tutela dei miei diritti.

I have carried out the instructions immediately. The fact remains that you have received money without providing me with anything. How do we resolve this? Every payment must correspond to the delivery of goods or services! In my Country, no one keeps money they have received without providing anything in return.
