Thank you for contacting us.
We have reviewed your booking and would like to clarify that, according to the terms and conditions accepted at the time of reservation, a deposit of €900 was required upon arrival, using a valid credit card in the name of the main driver, in order to collect the vehicle.
These conditions were clearly stated during the online booking process and are also included in your confirmation voucher. Please note that the payment could not have been completed without first accepting these terms.
As the rental conditions were not met, we regret to inform you that no refund is applicable.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused and thank you for your understanding.
