Buongiorno, Ho prenotato qualche mese fa un auto a noleggio a Creta con ritiro all’aereoporto di Heraklion. Arrivata dal noleggiatore lo scorso sabato, la mia carta di credito Visa non è stata riconosciuta dal pos del noleggiatore per il blocco della franchigia. Dopo vari tentativi ho chiamato la mia banca , che mi ha assicurato che la mia carta era perfettamente funzionante e abilitata su tutti i circuiti. Passare ormai due ore dal mio arrivo per cercare di risolvere il problema il noleggiatore ha cancellato la mia prenotazione, dicendomi di chiedere a CarJet lecito rimborso della quota pagata per parte del noleggio(100 euro). Ovviamente in noleggiatore mi aveva proposto una assicurazione extra con cui by passare la trattenuta della franchigia a costo decisamente più alto rispetto a quanto previsto con assicurazione di CarJet. Qualche ora dopo ho noleggiato un’auto da un altro Rental e la mia carta ha funzionato perfettamente. CarJet nonostante le mie mail e telefonate continua a non darmi risposta sulla possibilità del rimborso, dal momento che la mia carta come provano le ricevute bancarie funzionava perfettamente.

Hello, I want to inform you that my card is valid and with sufficient amount of money to cover the deposit requested. I want to explane you that the problem was probably of the rental payment system. The card funcioned a couple of hours later in another rental company. Can you give me a second feedback based on this? Chiara

Hello, I want to remark that my card was valid e with enough money availabilty to pay the 900 deposit. I called the bank on that day, and the confirmed the correct card functioning. The problem was from the rental Office site, since their payment system was not ricognizing my card. I have alredy sent the documenti which state the good functioning pf the card on that day. It is not correct not to be reiboursed if the problem is not from my side. Please note that other people had the same problem on that day. Chiara
