Buongiorno.Abbiamo acquistato un volo ryanair con 3 bagagli a mano da 10 kg senza priorità.Giunti al gate ci è stato detto che questi bagagli andavano imbarcati in stiva e non portati a bordo in quanto non avevamo la priorità.A questo punto ci hanno fatto pagare 138€ (= 46 a bagaglio) per poterlo imbarcare (comunque in stiva e non a bordo).In questo modo abbiamo pagato due volte per lo stesso servizio.La descrizione durante l’acquisto dei biglietti e dei bagagli non era chiara in quanto, da sempre, il bagaglio a mano da 10 kg non viene imbarcato in stiva ma portato a bordo.Inoltre, si potrebbe accettare una penale in caso di errore e mancato check-in per i bagagli ma pagare due volte per lo stesso servizio non è accettabile e non è corretto.Sicuramente c’è stata disattenzione da parte nostra nel non verificare quanto scritto riguardo al bagaglio sul biglietto, resta il fatto che abbiamo pagato due volte lo stesso servizio.Sarebbe stato più corretto pagare al gate per portarli a bordo e non per imbarcarli in stiva. Inoltre arrivati all'aeroporto uno dei tre bagagli l'abbiamo ritirato danneggiato.
