My watch face keeps reverting to the default. How do I fix this?
To resolve this:
1. Open the Watch app on your iPhone.
2. Tap General → Return to Clock.
3. Select After 1 Hour.
This should keep your chosen watch face as the default. If issues persist, let us know!
I can’t find some watch faces. Where are they?

How do I resolve compatibility or loading issues?
- Ensure you’ve selected the correct Apple Watch series in the app.
- Confirm your watchOS is up to date:
– Series 6-10/Ultra/2: watchOS 11
– Series 4-5/SE: watchOS 10
– Series 1-3: watchOS 8
- Reboot both your iPhone and Apple Watch.
Why do I see a blank screen or face delays?
First-time updates may take up to 30 minutes due to Apple Watch limitations. If delayed:
1. Charge your watch to 100%.
2. Reboot the watch.
3. Ensure the latest app version is installed.
4. Open the app on both devices and tap the watch screen.
Where’s my app download link?
Check your inbox (and spam folder) for the welcome email sent after purchase.
