Ho utilizzato un servizio di generazione PDF in data 22 Novembre che a fronte del pagamento di 0,95 € mi offriva l'utilizzo della piattaforma per 7 giorni. https://thebestpdf.com/it/choose-plan?upload-file=true Al termine dei 7 giorni mi sono stati fatturati e scalati dalla carta di credito 39,95€. Ho trovato tra le richieste a voi fatte quella di un altro utente che nel 2022 aveva subito la stessa condotta fraudolenta dal medesimo sito internet. A richiesta di rimborso, l'azienda mi comunica che nella mail che mi avevano inviato una volta pagato il servizio era scritto che se entro 7 giorni non avrei dato disdetta mi avrebbero addebitato 39,95€ al mese. Ma questa precisazione nel sito dove ho acquistato il servizio non era per niente chiara. Cordiali saluti Andrea Aglani T. 3534088719
