dal suo ordine risulta il piumino, se il prodotto non è quello che aveva
visto ci possono essere stati dei problemi con i link delle pubblicità,
se riesce a mandarci il link di quanto ha visionato faremo fare un
controllo a chi se ne occupa.
Siamo spiacenti che non sia soddisfatto del prodotto, la invitiamo a
procedere con il reso per sostituzione o rimborso.

reso. Il prodotto deve avere un prezzo pari o superiore a quello che ha
ricevuto. In questo caso se ci anticiperà la ricevuta di spedizione del

Per fare la sostituzione o rimborso deve compilare il foglio Clausola
soddisfatti o rimborsati presente all’interno del pacco, entro 14
giorni dalla data dell'arrivo della merce, rispedire tutto
