Impossibile cancellare prenotazione effettuata in data 15/01/2026

Spett. Spotahome Italy Srl On 15/01/2026 I booked a room in Valencia for the months of March and April (Booking : YL7PPX4-3Q ) and I was charged 555 euro + 239 euro (Spotahome service fee). On January 16th (44 days before move-in), I told you I wanted to cancel my booking YL7PPX4-3Q because the description of the room is not correct, as it says that in the apartment there are 3 bathrooms and a balcony, but in reality there are only 2 bathrooms and no balcony available to all guests (as it is shown on the video and on the floor map under the description of the apartment). So, on January 16th, you opened a ticket to understand if the description, the video and the floor map were correct or not. In the meantime, I found on Spotahome another room which I liked a lot. But, when I wanted to cancel my booking (40 days before move-in), your site answered that I could not cancel my booking because I had opened a ticket and you were still working on it. According to your cancellation policies, I should have received a 50% refund of my down payment on the rent (277.5 euro), but I have been trying to cancel for a month and you have always refused my cancellation saying that it is not possible because I have opened a ticket and you are working on it. However, you do not respond to my emails. Still today I get the same answer and I cannot cancel my booking. Please let me know how I can cancel my booking and how I will get my 50% refund of my down payment on the rent (277.5 euro), as I wanted to cancel my booking 44 days before my move-in and I need to be sure I will get my 277.5 euro back. Should I not receive a response within 15 days of receipt of this letter, I will not hesitate to take legal action to protect my rights. Kind regards Cecilia Cappellacci

Addebiti non autorizzati con Unimeal

Spettabile Unimeal, in data 15 febbraio 2026 ho riscontrato due addebiti automatici non richiesti di €60,99 e €18,90 sul mio conto. Ho già inviato diverse richieste via email al vostro supporto clienti, ricevendo risposte che affermano di non avere diritto al rimborso in base ai vostri regolamenti. Vorrei ribadire con fermezza che non ho mai autorizzato alcun addebito automatico. Ritengo inaccettabile che un pagamento venga effettuato senza previa autorizzazione e senza contatto con il cliente. Questa pratica non solo mina la fiducia dei clienti, ma può anche ledere la reputazione del vostro servizio. Vi esorto a riconsiderare la mia situazione e a procedere con un rimborso immediato dell'importo addebitato. Sono certo che comprenderete l'importanza di mantenere un rapporto trasparente e corretto con i vostri clienti. Inoltre vi informo che, nel caso in cui si arrivi ad una soluzione pacifica del disguido, non esiterò ad adire le vie legali. Attendo una vostra risposta sollecita e risolutiva. Buongiorno! Ho ricevuto una contestazione di pagamento per aver violato un fantomatico contratto (mai visto o firmato alcun contratto con voi!) relativo al parcheggio della mia auto Jeep Compass targata FM305LL avvenuto in data 23/01/2026 presso il parcheggio di Corso Milano, 124 a Verona. L'eventuale superamento dell'ora consentita gratuita sarebbe di 19 minuti (dalle ore 13:36 alle ore 14:55) e per tale superamento sarebbe richiesto il pagamento di 34 euro somma assolutamente esagerata e fuori mercato. Si fa riferimento ad un contratto da me mai sottoscritto con contestazione in un'area sprovvista di sbarra o colonnina per il pagamento dell'eventuale superamento dell'orario di parcheggio gratuito. Chiedo la chiusura e la cancellazione della pratica intestata a me LISCA Ambrogio - nr.004-270-002-426

Richiesta contratto per eventuale recesso

Buongiorno, con la presente desidero comunicare che ho già scritto più volte alla sede centrale al fine di esercitare il diritto di recesso in relazione al contratto sottoscritto in data 24.01.2026. Ad oggi, tuttavia, non ho ricevuto alcun riscontro in merito alle modalità di recesso, né mi è stata trasmessa copia del contratto in oggetto. Con la presente, pertanto, richiedo formalmente: un riscontro scritto alle mie precedenti comunicazioni; l’invio di copia integrale del contratto sottoscritto; indicazioni puntuali circa le modalità e i termini per l’esercizio del diritto di recesso, nonché eventuali ulteriori opzioni a mia disposizione.
