Mancata consegna pacco

Spettabile Altroconsumo Mi rivolgo a Voi per segnalare un grave disservizio da parte della piattaforma Vinted. In data 07 gennaio 2026 ho spedito un pacco tramite Poste Italiane Codice:1UW1RZS741010 Il pacco risulta fermo presso il centro di smistamento di Bologna da oltre un mese Nonostante io abbia regolarmente consegnato l'oggetto e sia in possesso della ricevuta cartacea Vinted ha proceduto ad annullare l'ordine e a rimborsare l'acquirente lasciando mesenza il pagamento e senza la merce. Ho contattato più volte l'assistenza Vinted la quale si rifiuta di fornirmi ulteriore supporto sostenendo che la transazione sia ormai chiusa. Poste italiane dal canto suo afferma di non poter accogliere il mio reclamo in quanto il contatto di spedizione è intestato a Vinted che fornisce l'etichetta prepagata . Chiedo il vostro intervento affinché Vinted proceda all'apertura della pratica di smarrimento presso Poste Italiane e mi riconosca l'indennizzo previsto dai loro termini e le condizioni per la perdita del bene Resto in attesa di un vostro riscontro Cordiali saluti Roberto Arosio

Impossibile cancellare prenotazione effettuata in data 15/01/2026

Spett. Spotahome Italy Srl On 15/01/2026 I booked a room in Valencia for the months of March and April (Booking : YL7PPX4-3Q ) and I was charged 555 euro + 239 euro (Spotahome service fee). On January 16th (44 days before move-in), I told you I wanted to cancel my booking YL7PPX4-3Q because the description of the room is not correct, as it says that in the apartment there are 3 bathrooms and a balcony, but in reality there are only 2 bathrooms and no balcony available to all guests (as it is shown on the video and on the floor map under the description of the apartment). So, on January 16th, you opened a ticket to understand if the description, the video and the floor map were correct or not. In the meantime, I found on Spotahome another room which I liked a lot. But, when I wanted to cancel my booking (40 days before move-in), your site answered that I could not cancel my booking because I had opened a ticket and you were still working on it. According to your cancellation policies, I should have received a 50% refund of my down payment on the rent (277.5 euro), but I have been trying to cancel for a month and you have always refused my cancellation saying that it is not possible because I have opened a ticket and you are working on it. However, you do not respond to my emails. Still today I get the same answer and I cannot cancel my booking. Please let me know how I can cancel my booking and how I will get my 50% refund of my down payment on the rent (277.5 euro), as I wanted to cancel my booking 44 days before my move-in and I need to be sure I will get my 277.5 euro back. Reso effettuato ma Rimborso negato

Buongiorno sono Valentina Maranzano, scrivo in merito all'ordine numero 10401221057067. Ho effettuato il reso del prodotto in data 15/01/26 tramite ufficio postale, è stato registrato regolarmente presso i vostri magazzini in data 19/01/26, in data 23/01/26 ho effettuato regolarmente il pagamento nonostante il reso non fosse stato ancora elaborato, dopo svariati solleciti sono stata avvisata che avreste ricevuto un prodotto diverso da quello indicato, ho provveduto a compilare il modulo da voi inviatomi e ad allegare la ricevuta e foto del pacco che avevo preventivamente effettuato visti precedenti problemi già insorti con i vostri magazzini, nonostante ciò mi è stato negato il rimborso, dopo aver sentito al telefono il vostro servizio clienti è stata fatta una manovra di rimborso e l'ho ricevuto regolarmente in data 03/02/26, ma dallo stesso giorno continuo a ricevere richieste di addebito nella mia carta. In data 08/02/2026 ho inviato una PEC all'indirizzo zalandologitaly@legalmail.it spiegando tutto e non ho ricevuto risposta alla data odierna. In data 16/02/2026 mi è stato nuovamente indebitato l'intero importo del giubotto. Nelle vostra gestione del reso probabilmente sono stati fatti svariati errori, e non sono disposta a rimanere ne senza il vero prodotto restituito ne senza l'importo pagato. Allego documentazione intercorsa con il vostro servizio clienti e reclamo l'importo del prodotto acquistato e reso.

Ho vi, ho vinto un asta, e a sorpresa ho ricevuto un orologio falso, una cinesata senza numero di serie , inesistente nella collezione della Bulova dopo attenta verifica., più facendo una prova mettendolo in vendita su e-bay che conferma da allegato che si tratta di oggetto contraffato
